Black Jack BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Jack Danials black lable whiskey
1/2 cup strong black coffee
1/2 cup DARK brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon (+ or -) hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
2 garlic cloves garic, chopped very fine
1 1/2 teaspoon sweet Paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnarmon
1 teaspoon oinion powder, (not salt but you can use onion flakes)
Sea salt to taste

Throw it all together and mx fairly well.  Place over flame (burner) and bring to heat, Never Boil.  10 mins. Let it sit, off heat, for 1/2 hour. Use as a mop, baste or sauce at the table. If you favor a tomato based sauce, as do I, add 4 tablespoons tomato paste and an extra 3 tablespoons of brown sugar.
