1/2 lb. butter
1/2 lb. margarine
1 cup parsley, chopped
8-12 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup Romano cheese (optional)

Soften butter and margarine to room temperature.¬  Fold in parsley, garlic and cheese.¬  Spread on loaf of bread cut in thick slices.¬  Place on hot grill until toasted.
