Vegetable Cream Cheese Spread

Mix all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
6 lb. Cream Cheese
1 cup Fine diced scallions
1 ½ cups Diced red onions
3 cups Fine shredded carrots
1 Tbs. Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
½ Tbs. Chopped garlic
