The Commissioner's Seasoning

Here it is!  The Commissioner's Seasoning.   It's all purpose Cajun/Creole blend of spices.  Use it to bake, blacken, and broil.  Use it on soup, stew, anywhere you would put salt and pepper...it's great.  Put it on popcorn.  Use it as a dip...

1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
2-3 tables Joe's Stuff

Blend together.  Use as a dip for veggies, chips or topping for baked potato.

Contains: Salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, smoke, and more!

This custom sauce is Commissioner-approved and what made Cajun Power famous. Chef Caro's original recipe garlic sauce is not hot, but perfectly seasoned.
