1/2 lb. butter
1/2 lb. margarine
1 cup parsley, chopped
8-12 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup Romano cheese (optional)

Soften butter and margarine to room temperature.  Fold in parsley, garlic and cheese.  Spread on loaf of bread cut in thick slices.  Place on hot grill until toasted.
